Presented by AMS Principal Carmel Dibner and Artem Timoshenko, Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University, this session explored how companies are using machine learning to gather unique and actionable VOC insights more quickly and costeffectively than ever before. Machine learning can help reveal truly novel customer needs, even in complex, highly technical B2B categories.
