Applied Marketing Science, (“AMS”, “us”, “we”, “our”) Inc operates http://ams-inc.com, https://www.ams-insights.com, and http://ams-litigation.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our websites. As a visitor or registrant of our websites, you agree to this Privacy Policy and also to any further modification made to this Privacy Policy. AMS is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites. We only collect or have access to information that you voluntarily give to us via our website, marketing site, online portals, and/or related tools. AMS websites are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 16. We do not sell, trade or rent User personal information. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and Sites, and administer some activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Retention of Data

The Innovation Insights practice at Applied Marketing Science (AMS) is a full-service market research agency located in the United States. In this capacity, we regularly invite respondents across the globe to participate in research studies. We do this either directly or through our partners in a manner that abides by the Insights Association Code of Standards and Ethics for Market Research, as well as by local and national laws. AMS is committed to ensuring all respondent data is confidential and protected. Any personal information collected is safeguarded by following industry best practices. AMS does not sell or distribute respondent information, it is used solely for research purposes. In each research effort that we or our partners reach out to you about, you have the option to participate, opt-out of that particular study, or opt-out of any future requests to participate in research. Transfer of Data

Opting-Out and Controlling Your Personal Information

If a User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they may receive emails that include company news, updates, related product or service information, blogs, articles, etc. If at any time a User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
