Building Success Stories for Our Clients

Our machine learning and journey mapping study provided Boston Children’s with actionable information to further improve the experiences of patients and their families as they face medically complex situations.

Winnebago engaged AMS in a three-pronged research project involving customer interviewing, social media listening, and machine learning to uncover their customers’ pain points across products – and to inspire innovation.

The “what if” tool for scenario planning … enabled our client to estimate its expected share, relative to the competition, on a variety of potential new vehicle offerings with a range of different features and prices.

The research revealed that consumers who receive a prompt response to Tweets are willing to spend more for tickets on that airline than those who had a less positive experience.
