We hope you were able to catch “Customer Insights in a Pinch: ChatGPT, Social Monitoring and Good Old Brainstorming,” a mini workshop presented by Applied Marketing Science (AMS) Associate Principal Andrea Ruttenberg, Ph.D.

In this workshop, Andrea demonstrated methods for getting ‘close enough’ to a comprehensive list of customer needs in a time pinch and how to use these needs to develop products. Participants learned techniques for brainstorming and finding key customer discussion platforms, as well as best practices for using nascent tools like ChatGPT to supplement research findings.
